Biography

Chen Jianzhong graduated from Fujian Medical University with a master's degree. He is an attending physician in neurosurgery, an attending physician in plastic surgery, and an attending physician in cosmetic surgery. He has been engaged in plastic and aesthetic surgery for more than 20 years. Focus: facial rejuvenation. Specializes in: high-SMAS full-face lift, complex facelift revision. He has received rigorous clinical training in facial nerve anatomy and has 10 years of experience in facial nerve injury repair at a public tertiary Grade A hospital. In 2012, he completed fellowship training in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital (under Professor Qi Zuoliang, then Chairman of the Plastic Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Association).

In years of clinical surgery, he has specialized in high-SMAS flap facelift and revision procedures. Based on extensive practice with the classic high-SMAS flap, he developed and innovated a reinforced high-SMAS flap technique for primary surgery and a proximal SMAS flap technique for revision surgery, achieving good clinical results.
